Epic Certified EHR Analyst

Job Summary

Epic Certified EHR Analyst will work full-time in a remote capacity, responsible for planning, analyzing, designing, implementing, testing, debugging, and maintaining Epic and other clinical applications while collaborating with hospital leadership and clinical users.

Key responsibilities

• Manages software configuration activities and ensures adherence to standards for configuration design and deployment
• Drives the investigation and resolution of application-related issues, maintaining support processes and performance monitoring
• Provides guidance on test planning and execution, adapting testing methods and tools to enhance application performance

Required qualifications

• Epic certification in Cadence required within 6 months of hire
• High School Diploma or GED
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in EHR application analysis
• Experience with application management software and tools
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
