Job Summary
Epic Certified EHR Analyst will work full-time in a remote capacity, responsible for planning, analyzing, designing, implementing, testing, debugging, and maintaining Epic and other clinical applications while collaborating with hospital leadership and clinical users.
Key responsibilities
- Manages software configuration activities and ensures adherence to standards for configuration design and deployment
- Drives the investigation and resolution of application-related issues, maintaining support processes and performance monitoring
- Provides guidance on test planning and execution, adapting testing methods and tools to enhance application performance
Required qualifications
- Epic certification in Cadence required within 6 months of hire
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in EHR application analysis
- Experience with application management software and tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
