Epic Certified EHR Analyst II
Job Summary
To enhance patient digital experiences, the full-time Epic Certified EHR Analyst II will perform moderate complexity Epic build, testing, implementation, and troubleshooting while collaborating with stakeholders and supporting system optimization in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Epic workflows, tools, security, and documentation templates while leading requirements gathering sessions
- Create and execute integrated test plans, participating in testing activities and performing release note reviews
- Provide Level 2 support for complex incidents and ensure adherence to change management standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or four years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree
- 2-4 years of EHR analyst experience
- Epic certification(s) in assigned module(s) required and must be maintained
