EPIC Certified ETL Architect

Job Summary

To enhance data management capabilities, the full-time EPIC Certified ETL Architect will design and implement ETL architecture, manage data migration and warehousing solutions, and mentor team members, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Designs end-to-end ETL architecture for data migration and warehousing using Microsoft SSIS, ensuring error handling and audit mechanisms are in place
• Establishes a Data Warehouse/ETL Center of Excellence to enforce best practices and standards while mentoring staff
• Collaborates with IT and operational leaders to identify and enhance data sources, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and data governance

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or 11 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Minimum of seven years of experience with business intelligence and analytic reporting applications, preferably with EPIC, SQL, and Crystal Reports
• Epic Revenue or Clinical Data Model or Cogito Project Manager Certificate required within six months of hire
• Experience in database development and management, including creating indexes, stored procedures, and managing permissions
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and experience in designing, building, and tuning ETL applications
