Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthy Planet Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities

Profile and analyze Epic source data and gather requirements from stakeholders
Build registries and associated components, including reports and dashboards
Provide support and mentoring to end users while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required
Epic Healthy Planet and Compass Rose or EpicCare certification required
3-5 years' relevant work experience as an EHR/Clinical Analyst required
Strong knowledge of Care Management and Ambulatory clinical workflows required
SQL querying knowledge is a plus
