Epic Certified Interface Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Interface Analyst to develop, test, implement, and support data interfaces between Epic and ancillary systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure new interfaces and enhancements for Epic applications and ancillary systems
• Troubleshoot technical issues and conduct analyses for efficient program/application solutions
• Collaborate with IT teams and business sponsors to identify and resolve workflow impacts

Required Qualifications

• Associates Degree or two years of college in Information systems/processing/clinical/engineering
• Two years of related application maintenance/development experience may substitute for degree requirements
• Five years of applicable work experience required, with three years in a healthcare setting preferred
• Current Certification on Epic Bridges and Cloverleaf interface engine (must attain within first 6 months of hire)
• Experience with healthcare industry standard messaging formats (e.g., HL7, XML, ANSI x12)
