Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst, IT, Charging Systems (Remote Position).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage documentation and resolution of deployment issues and tasks for Internal Controls initiative
• Oversee Service Now requests and collaborate on Charge Router updates for compliant billing
• Act as a liaison between Revenue Management and Maestro Care teams for billing support and system updates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of equivalent experience
• 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Must obtain Epic Resolute Professional or Hospital Billing Office Administration certification
• Experience with application systems development and analysis
• Some knowledge of relational databases and SQL
