Job Summary
Acting as a subject matter expert in Charge Router and Charge Review, the full-time Epic Certified IT Analyst will manage deployment issues, oversee Service Now requests, and facilitate communication between the Revenue Management Department and Maestro Care teams in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Manage documentation, resolution, and completion of deployment issues while maintaining accuracy for Internal Controls initiatives
- Oversee Service Now requests and collaborate with management and end users to implement changes to the Charge Router for compliant billing
- Act as a liaison for Revenue Management to provide hands-on support to the Maestro Care PB and HB Teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of equivalent experience
- 4 years of relevant experience in IT or revenue management
- Certification in Epic Resolute Professional Billing Office Administration or Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Office Administration required within a defined timeline
- Experience with relational databases and operating systems, particularly SQL
- Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills
