Epic Certified IT Analyst

Job Summary

Acting as a subject matter expert in Charge Router and Charge Review, the full-time Epic Certified IT Analyst will manage deployment issues, oversee Service Now requests, and facilitate communication between the Revenue Management Department and Maestro Care teams in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage documentation, resolution, and completion of deployment issues while maintaining accuracy for Internal Controls initiatives
• Oversee Service Now requests and collaborate with management and end users to implement changes to the Charge Router for compliant billing
• Act as a liaison for Revenue Management to provide hands-on support to the Maestro Care PB and HB Teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of equivalent experience
• 4 years of relevant experience in IT or revenue management
• Certification in Epic Resolute Professional Billing Office Administration or Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Office Administration required within a defined timeline
• Experience with relational databases and operating systems, particularly SQL
• Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills
