Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Epic Certified MyChart Analyst to support the design, build, optimization, and enhancement of Epic MyChart functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain Epic MyChart functionality and configurations
• Support implementation and enhancement of patient-facing features including messaging, scheduling, and digital engagement tools
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective system solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience as an Epic Analyst, focusing on MyChart or patient portal functionality
• Active Epic MyChart certification required
• Experience supporting Epic build, configuration, and optimization within MyChart or related Epic access applications
• Experience working in large healthcare environments and supporting enterprise-level patient engagement initiatives
