Epic Certified Phoenix Analyst II

Job Summary

To support healthcare information systems, the full-time Epic Certified Phoenix Analyst II will configure, test, implement, and maintain clinical, financial, and administrative applications remotely while ensuring data integrity and optimizing system performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders and end users to enhance system configuration and functionality
• Evaluate and resolve problem tickets, service requests, and system performance issues
• Test system configurations and customizations prior to production implementation

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of three years' Epic build experience with the Phoenix application or equivalent system
• Advanced knowledge of assigned applications in at least one functional area
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project
• Current CA driver's license for local travel
