Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and deliver role-based training content using software tools
• Maintain policies, procedures, and training documentation
• Provide follow-up support to trainees and manage training environments

Required Qualifications

• Epic-certified Principal Trainer with 5+ years of experience
• Certified in Cadence, Prelude, and Grand Central Patient Flow
• Strong adult education skills in health IT or healthcare revenue cycle applications
• Experience developing Epic training environments is highly desired
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
