Epic Certified Principal Trainer

Job Summary

To support an Epic implementation and optimization initiative, the part-time Epic Certified Principal Trainer will design, deliver, and refine training curricula for Epic and Health IT systems, working remotely for a 12-month contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze the current training curriculum and identify enhancement opportunities through discovery and assessment
• Develop and update training curricula based on needs identified during the discovery phase
• Credential internal trainers and provide training to ensure effective learning of the EHR system

Required Qualifications

• Epic certification in primary application(s); multiple certifications preferred
• Extensive experience in developing and delivering physician Epic training programs within large health systems
• Specialty training experience in one or more medical specialties
• Proficiency with various training technologies, including LMS systems and eLearning platforms
• Exceptional instructional design skills and strong technical proficiency in Epic systems
