Epic Certified Principal Trainer

Job Summary

Leading clinical application training initiatives, the full-time Epic Certified Principal Trainer will develop and update training materials, support deployment readiness, and provide guidance to Credentialed Trainers in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as functional training lead for assigned applications or workstreams
• Develop, maintain, and update role-based curricula and training materials
• Provide guidance and quality oversight to ensure consistent training delivery standards

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in clinical informatics, healthcare IT, or enterprise training
• Experience supporting EHR implementations or large-scale system initiatives
• Demonstrated knowledge of clinical and operational healthcare workflows
• Epic certification(s) required at time of hire (Ambulatory, Patient Access Applications, Revenue Cycle, Cogito preferred)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
