Job Summary

To support healthcare operations, the full-time remote Epic Certified Products Analyst will provide application support throughout the Epic software development life cycle, including design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of system configurations while collaborating with stakeholders to enhance operational processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attends meetings to review end-user performance and monitor system capabilities, feedback, and enhancement needs
  • Performs workflow analysis, collects data, and produces reports to support decision-making related to Epic software
  • Coordinates application upgrades and changes, ensuring system performance and data integrity during integrations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in science, healthcare administration, business, computer science, information systems, informatics, or a related field
  • Epic certification in the primary build application required within six months of appointment
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare operations field or information technology field
  • Exposure to or experience with Epic or other electronic health record software products is preferred
