Epic Certified Program Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing the implementation of digital scheduling tools, the remote Epic Certified Program Manager will manage project oversight, resource allocation, and stakeholder collaboration to optimize scheduling processes within the EIS Cadence and MyChart teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and optimization of digital scheduling tools across various specialties
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior leadership while managing risks and stakeholder relationships
• Develop and maintain project documentation, key performance indicators, and a toolkit for managing digital scheduling tools

Required qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in program or project management, particularly in IT implementations
• Epic Certification in relevant modules such as Cadence or MyChart
• Experience in a healthcare IT environment, preferably in outpatient settings or clinic call centers
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Management, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Proven track record of managing large-scale IT systems implementations within budget and timelines
