Epic Certified Revenue Cycle Analyst

Job Summary

To drive high-impact analytics initiatives, the full-time Senior Revenue Cycle Analytics & Data Science Expert will leverage Epic's data structure and advanced analytics to address operational challenges in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize predictive and prescriptive analytics to improve denials management, AR optimization, and cash forecasting
• Develop, test, and deploy standard reports and certified datasets to provide actionable insights for business leaders
• Collaborate with the Director of Analytics Systems to enhance the analytics function within the organization

Required qualifications

• Epic Clarity Certification in the Epic Revenue Data Model (Clarity)
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical Revenue Cycle experience
• Strong understanding of Hospital and Professional billing data
• Expertise in SQL, Crystal Reports, and Tableau
• Proficiency in relational database concepts, data modeling, and OLAP technologies
