Epic Certified Revenue Cycle Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a highly specialized Senior Revenue Cycle Analytics & Data Science Expert, this full-time remote position will leverage advanced analytics to address operational challenges in revenue cycle management, focusing on denials management, AR optimization, and cash forecasting.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy standard reports and certified datasets to provide actionable insights
• Utilize predictive and prescriptive analytics to tackle high-value operational challenges
• Collaborate with business leaders to drive accountability and inform high-level business decisions

Required qualifications:

• Epic Clarity Certification in the Epic Revenue Data Model (Clarity)
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical Revenue Cycle experience
• Strong understanding of Hospital Billing and Professional billing data
• Expertise in SQL, Crystal Reports, and Tableau
• Proficiency in relational database concepts, data modeling, and OLAP technologies
