Job Summary

Seeking a highly specialized Senior Revenue Cycle Analytics & Data Science Expert, the full-time remote position will leverage advanced analytics to address operational challenges in revenue cycle management, focusing on data science applications such as predictive analytics and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deploy standard reports and certified datasets to enhance decision-making and accountability among business leaders
• Utilize predictive and prescriptive analytics to optimize accounts receivable, manage denials, and forecast cash flow
• Collaborate with the Director of Analytics Systems to advance the analytics function within the organization

Required qualifications

• Epic Clarity Certification in the Epic Revenue Data Model
• Minimum of three years of clinical revenue cycle experience
• Strong understanding of Hospital and Professional billing data
• Proficiency in SQL, Crystal Reports, and Tableau
• Expertise in relational database concepts, data modeling, and OLAP technologies
