Job Summary

Seeking a highly specialized Senior Revenue Cycle Analytics & Data Science Expert, the full-time remote position will leverage Epic's data structure to apply advanced analytics for operational challenges, focusing on denials management and AR optimization.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy standard reports and certified datasets to drive accountability among business leaders
• Utilize predictive and prescriptive analytics to address high-value operational challenges
• Collaborate with the Director of Analytics System to enhance the analytics function

Required qualifications:

• Epic Clarity Certification in the Epic Revenue Data Model
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical Revenue Cycle experience
• Strong understanding of Hospital and Professional billing data
• Expertise in SQL, Crystal Reports, and Tableau
• Proficiency in relational database concepts and data modeling
