Epic Certified Revenue Cycle Designer

Job Summary

Analyzing and designing standardized revenue cycle workflows, the full-time remote Epic Certified Revenue Cycle Designer will collaborate with operational and IT stakeholders to implement process improvements and communicate changes to impacted teammates.

Key responsibilities

• Develops and recommends strategies for standardizing revenue cycle processes in Epic and other EHRs
• Partners with teams to ensure effective monitoring processes and acts as a subject matter expert for training and support
• Analyzes system issues and provides consultation to leaders for implementing standardized processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
• Epic Cadence, Grand Central, Prelude, or Resolute certification issued by Epic
• Five years of experience in revenue cycle, workflow, and process design
• High level of expertise in supporting revenue cycle operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Epic's UserWeb tools
