Job Summary

Providing executive leadership for revenue cycle optimization and Epic implementations, the remote Senior Director, Revenue Cycle Transformation & Epic Strategy will manage enterprise-wide initiatives to improve financial performance and enhance workflows across healthcare organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise revenue cycle transformation initiatives, including hospital billing and operational efficiency
• Direct Epic implementations and ensure integration of revenue cycle functions across various settings
• Manage complex programs involving finance, operations, and IT while driving change management initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 13+ years of Epic experience
• Epic Resolute Hospital Billing certification
• Extensive experience in revenue cycle operations and hospital billing
• Experience leading large-scale Epic implementations and optimization projects
