Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epic Certified Revenue Cycle Learning Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement curriculum to meet business needs across the revenue cycle
• Provide training and education opportunities across revenue cycle departments, including onboarding and refresher training
• Prepare training materials and maintain consistent training methods to enhance organizational effectiveness

Required Qualifications and Education

• Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
• Bachelor's Degree: Preferred
• Three years' healthcare operations/revenue cycle experience: Preferred
• Familiarity with revenue cycle functional processes and training methodologies: Required
• Prior experience with the Cerner Millennium Health Information System and Epic: Preferred
