Epic Certified Senior Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance end-user workflows across the health system, the full-time remote Epic Certified Senior Analyst will provide advanced analytical support, lead project initiatives, and mentor junior analysts while managing project documentation and stakeholder communication.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate project meetings and presentations to diverse audiences, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
• Lead multiple projects by managing scope, adjusting schedules, and ensuring timely delivery of tasks and milestones
• Identify improvement opportunities and serve as a resource for technical and functional application analysis

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Science, or related technical field
• Five to seven years of experience in systems analysis and implementation within a healthcare environment
• Current Epic Certification(s) in assigned applications, with preference for certifications in multiple Epic EMR modules
• Strong ability to prioritize, resolve conflicts, and manage project plans effectively
• Demonstrated mastery of Epic EMR functionality to enhance patient care and user experience
