Epic Certified Solution Architect

Job Summary

To shape the future of patient access, the full-time Epic Certified Solution Architect will blend deep Epic front-end expertise with strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration to deliver integrated solutions that streamline the patient experience in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with operational leaders to capture problems and outcomes, evaluate feasibility, and recommend solutions aligned with strategic objectives
• Serve as a consultative architect, evaluating options across Epic and vendor products while participating in vendor evaluations and collaborating with build teams
• Facilitate technical committees and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful delivery of Revenue Cycle initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience, including 5 years of technical experience and 3 years of leadership experience
• Multiple Epic certifications, with at least one related to Patient Access/Front-end Revenue Cycle
• Proven ability to map end-to-end workflows across teams and systems
• Experience with large language models, AI agents, or ML lifecycle management
• Demonstrated project management skills and a data-driven approach to problem solving
