Epic Certified Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Providing expert support for claims processing and remittance workflows, the remote Systems Management Analyst will configure, maintain, and optimize systems while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure efficient data flow and successful project implementations.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver subject matter expertise in Epic PB and HB Claims and Remittance, including system design and implementation
- Collaborate with leadership and end users to design and configure solutions, ensuring effective workflow analysis and issue resolution
- Participate in Epic upgrade initiatives and workflow enhancements, facilitating design sessions and maintaining system documentation
Required qualifications:
- Active Epic certification in Epic Resolute PB Claims and Remittance Admin or HB Claims and Remittance Admin
- 3+ years of experience with Epic implementation and/or support
- Experience providing daily on-call support and participating in project upgrades
- Availability for after-hours support as needed for upgrades and implementations
- Ability to provide daily support during business hours from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm EST
