Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epic Training Analyst who specializes in Resolute Hospital Billing and Claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, support, and maintain Epic Training applications while collaborating with various stakeholders
• Develop training curriculum and materials based on the Electronic Health Record (EHR) and analyze workflows
• Assess training data and feedback to modify curriculum and measure training effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Three years of relevant experience
• Epic certification or accreditation in one or more modules
• Experience with technical training platforms and authoring tools
• Ability to lift/carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs occasionally
