Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epic Training Analyst to facilitate and deliver technical training related to Epic systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, support, and maintain Epic Training applications while collaborating with various stakeholders
• Develop training curriculum and resources based on the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system and analyze workflows
• Analyze training data and feedback to modify curriculum and assess training effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Three years of relevant experience
• Epic certification or accreditation in one or more modules
• Experience with technical training platforms and authoring tools
• Knowledge of revenue cycle processes and workflows
