Epic Certified Training Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing the design and optimization of training environments and educational content, the full-time Senior Manager, Epic Training Environment & Content Strategy will manage training environment requests, ensure quality and scalability of training documentation, and act as a liaison between various business units while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee training environment strategy, structure, and governance across implementations and optimization efforts
• Manage intake, prioritization, and execution of training environment build and rebuild requests
• Establish and maintain standards for training documentation, job aids, and learning materials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in clinical informatics, healthcare IT, or enterprise training
• Epic certification required
• Hands-on experience with MST build and rebuild processes
• Demonstrated experience developing training materials and documentation at scale
