Epic Charge Capture Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epic Charge Capture Analyst to support hospitals in charge-capture workflows and revenue integrity processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, document, and maintain charge capture workflows across departments
• Direct order set and preference card builds within the Epic environment
• Develop and deliver training for hospital staff on charge capture and Epic functionality

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience with Epic, focusing on charge capture or revenue cycle
• Experience with order sets and preference cards in Epic
• Knowledge of Charge Description Master (CDM) structure and maintenance
• Understanding of hospital billing, CPT/ICD-10 coding, and revenue integrity principles
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
