Job Summary
To assist with campaigns and outreach for the New England CDOs, the contract Epic Cheers Consultant will leverage their expertise in Epic Cheers Campaigns and additional applications while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Support the implementation and management of Epic Cheers Campaigns and CRM initiatives
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance patient engagement and streamline workflows
- Provide direct client-facing support, utilizing healthcare domain knowledge to address client needs
Required qualifications
- Active Epic certification in Epic Cheers Campaigns and at least one additional application
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry
- At least 3 years of direct client-facing experience with clinical documentation workflows and patient flow management
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with Epic implementation and/or support
