Epic Claims Analyst Certification Required

Job Summary

To support a growing revenue cycle team, the remote Epic Revenue Cycle Claims Analyst will analyze business requirements, design billing workflows, and troubleshoot application issues on a contract basis for six months or longer, requiring Epic Claims Analyst Certification.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and implement system functionality changes to meet evolving needs
• Lead the design and testing of billing workflows within Epic modules
• Manage and resolve support tickets using ServiceNow while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• Epic Professional Billing (PB) and Hospital Billing (HB) Certification required
• 5+ years of Epic PB & HB Claims and Denials experience
• Experience with workflow and financial outcomes
• Epic PB Claims and HB Claims Certification required
• Experience working in an agile environment preferred
