Job Summary

To support a high-impact analytics function, the full-time remote Epic Clarity Certified Senior Revenue Cycle Business Analyst will leverage advanced analytics to address operational challenges such as denials management, AR optimization, and cash forecasting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy standard reports and certified datasets to provide actionable insights
• Utilize predictive and prescriptive analytics to guide high-level business decisions in revenue cycle management
• Collaborate with business leaders to drive accountability and improve operational performance

Required qualifications

• Epic Clarity Certification in the Epic Revenue Data Model (Clarity)
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical revenue cycle experience
• Strong understanding of Hospital Billing and Professional billing data
• Expertise in SQL, Crystal Reports, and Tableau
• Proficiency in relational database concepts, data modeling, and OLAP technologies
