Job Summary

To support a growing analytics function, the full-time remote Epic Clarity Certified Senior Revenue Cycle Business Analyst will leverage data science to address operational challenges such as denials management and AR optimization while developing actionable reports and datasets.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage advanced analytics to tackle high-value operational challenges in revenue cycle management
• Develop, test, and deploy standard reports and certified datasets for business leaders
• Guide high-level business decisions through complex data analysis and insights

Required qualifications

• Epic Clarity Certification in the Epic Revenue Data Model (Clarity)
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical revenue cycle experience
• Strong understanding of Hospital Billing and Professional billing data
• Expertise in SQL, Crystal Reports, and Tableau
• Proficiency in relational database concepts, data modeling, and OLAP technologies
