Job Summary

Seeking a highly specialized Epic Clarity Certified Senior Revenue Cycle Business Analyst to work remotely in a full-time capacity, focusing on leveraging advanced analytics to address operational challenges in revenue cycle management.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage data science to tackle operational challenges such as denials management, AR optimization, and cash forecasting
• Develop, test, and deploy standard reports and certified datasets to provide actionable insights for business leaders
• Collaborate with the Director of Analytics Systems to enhance the analytics function within the organization

Required qualifications

• Epic Clarity Certification in the Epic Revenue Data Model (Clarity)
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical revenue cycle experience
• Strong understanding of Hospital Billing and Professional billing data
• Expertise in SQL, Crystal Reports, and Tableau
• Proficiency in relational database concepts, data modeling, and OLAP technologies
