Job Summary

To drive analytics initiatives in a fully remote capacity, the Epic Clarity Certified Senior Revenue Cycle Business Analyst will leverage advanced analytics to address operational challenges, utilizing expertise in Epic's data structure and clinical revenue cycle management.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage predictive and prescriptive analytics to optimize denials management, accounts receivable, and cash forecasting
• Develop, test, and deploy standard reports and certified datasets to provide actionable insights for business leaders
• Collaborate with the Director of Analytics System to advance the analytics function within the organization

Required qualifications

• Epic Clarity Certification in the Epic Revenue Data Model (Clarity)
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical Revenue Cycle experience
• Strong understanding of Hospital Billing and Professional billing data
• Expertise in SQL, Crystal Reports, and Tableau
• Proficiency in relational database concepts, data modeling, and OLAP technologies
