Job Summary

To drive analytics initiatives, the fully remote Epic Clarity Certified Senior Revenue Cycle Business Analyst will leverage advanced analytics to address operational challenges, utilizing expertise in Epic's data structure and clinical revenue cycle management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deploy standard reports and certified datasets to enhance data-driven decision-making
• Utilize predictive and prescriptive analytics to optimize accounts receivable and manage denials
• Collaborate with business leaders to provide actionable insights and drive accountability across the organization

Required qualifications

• Epic Clarity Certification in the Epic Revenue Data Model (Clarity)
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical revenue cycle experience
• Strong understanding of Hospital and Professional billing data
• Proficiency in SQL, Crystal Reports, and Tableau
• Expertise in relational database concepts, data modeling, and OLAP technologies
