Job Summary

Seeking a highly specialized Epic Clarity Certified Senior Revenue Cycle Business Analyst to work remotely in a full-time capacity, focusing on leveraging advanced analytics to address operational challenges in clinical revenue cycles.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy standard reports and certified datasets to drive accountability among business leaders
• Utilize predictive and prescriptive analytics to tackle high-value operational challenges such as denials management and cash forecasting
• Collaborate with the Director of Analytics System to enhance the analytics function within the organization

Required qualifications:

• Epic Clarity Certification in the Epic Revenue Data Model (Clarity)
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical Revenue Cycle experience
• Strong understanding of Hospital Billing and Professional billing data
• Expertise in SQL, Crystal Reports, and Tableau
• Proficiency in relational database concepts, data modeling, and OLAP technologies
