Epic Clarity Subject Matter Expert

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Epic Clarity Subject Matter Expert, the full-time role will lead data mapping and extraction efforts for the Revenue Cycle Management Semantic Model project, ensuring high-integrity data for critical KPIs in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end mapping of data elements from Epic Chronicles and Clarity to the target Data Warehouse schema
• Translate complex Revenue Cycle Management business definitions into technical SQL logic using Epic Clarity tables
• Utilize knowledge of Epic Clarity database structures to design efficient extraction patterns for Professional and Hospital Billing modules

Required Qualifications

• Active certification in Epic Clarity (Data Model) preferred, specifically in Resolute PB, HB, or Prelude/ADT
• Expert-level SQL skills for querying large datasets and performing complex joins across Clarity tables
• Comprehensive understanding of Revenue Cycle Management and Population Health workflows
• Familiarity with data flow from Chronicles to Clarity and Caboodle
• Ability to troubleshoot discrepancies between dashboard numbers and Epic data
