Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epic Client Systems Administrator (ECSA) for a part-time contract engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Deploy and activate Epic RA Client Packs
Provide on-call and incident response support for Epic servers and integrations
Lead ECSA projects including integrations, upgrades, and Community Connect initiatives

Key Qualifications

Epic Client Systems Administrator (ECSA) certification or equivalent experience
Strong troubleshooting skills with Epic infrastructure components
Experience with Epic RA Client Pack deployment
Knowledge of Citrix and Hyperspace environments
Disaster recovery planning experience
