Epic ClinDoc Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epic ClinDoc Analyst responsible for the support and optimization of Epic's Clinical Documentation module.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, configure, and maintain Epic ClinDoc functionality to support clinical documentation workflows
• Collaborate with clinicians, operational leaders, and IT staff to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions
• Develop and maintain documentation templates, smart tools, and workflows that align with best practices and compliance standards

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, information systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Current Epic ClinDoc certification or proficiency required
• 2+ years of experience as an Epic Analyst or in a clinical/technical support role within healthcare IT
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation processes and workflows
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
