Key Responsibilities

Build, configure, and support Epic ClinDoc to align with clinical and operational workflows
Partner with clinicians and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and optimize system functionality
Participate in Epic implementations, upgrades, testing, and validation activities

Required Qualifications

Epic ClinDoc Certification
2+ years of customer-facing experience in a healthcare environment
2+ years of experience supporting Epic EHR systems
2+ years of hands-on experience working with Epic ClinDoc
Solid understanding of clinical workflows
