Epic ClinDoc ASAP Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting and optimizing Epic ClinDoc functionality, the remote Epic ClinDoc ASAP Analyst will manage system builds, collaborate with clinical stakeholders, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while providing end-user support.

Key responsibilities:

• Build, configure, and support Epic ClinDoc and ASAP to align with clinical workflows
• Partner with clinicians and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and enhance system functionality
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform ongoing maintenance, and provide user support

Required qualifications:

• Epic ClinDoc or ASAP Certification
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in a healthcare environment
• 2+ years of experience supporting Epic EHR systems
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Epic ClinDoc
• Solid understanding of clinical workflows
