Job Summary
To support inpatient workflows and hospital operations, the remote Epic Application Support will manage day-to-day support operations, provide expert assistance in Epic clinical applications, and coordinate with stakeholders to enhance system performance.
Key responsibilities
- Provide expert support and build expertise in Epic inpatient clinical applications, including Inpatient Orders and Bugsy
- Manage day-to-day support operations, ensuring seamless clinical workflows and system performance
- Coordinate with client stakeholders and offshore teams to deliver timely solutions and enhancements
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of Epic application support and build experience, with hands-on expertise in inpatient clinical applications
- Current Epic Clinical certification(s) relevant to inpatient applications; certifications must be maintained
- At least 4 years of experience managing support operations, client communication, and offshore team coordination in healthcare IT
- Healthcare industry experience is strongly preferred to understand clinical workflows and hospital operations
- Strong technical skills combined with knowledge of clinical and business contexts to support patient care environments
