Epic Cogito Analytics Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading a team in a full-time remote capacity, the Epic Cogito Analytics Supervisor will manage day-to-day IT operations, oversee professional development, and coordinate the design, development, and implementation of systems solutions to enhance patient safety and confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the IT staff, including performance reviews and team coordination for system design and implementation
• Manage problem identification and resolution processes, ensuring timely documentation and intervention for system issues
• Facilitate training and development for team members, promoting collaboration and process improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, computer science, business, informatics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Three years of relevant IT experience, or four years with an associate's degree, or five years with a high school diploma
• Experience in supporting IT department operations and managing projects
• Advanced skills in analysis and reporting tools, such as SQL and Excel
• Ability to handle confidential information and work under high-stress conditions
