Job Summary

Seeking an Epic Compass Rose Analyst, the full-time remote position will drive strategic process improvements, manage complex projects, and implement Compass Rose programs in healthcare organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Compass Rose programs, including Medication Therapy Management and Advanced Primary Care Management
• Translate business and clinical requirements into effective Compass Rose solutions
• Provide implementation leadership, best practices, and risk mitigation strategies to clients

Required qualifications

• Epic Compass Rose certification
• 5+ years of experience as an Epic Advisor
• Deep understanding of care management and population health workflows
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
