Epic Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epic Consultant to support a multi-phase data acquisition initiative for a major healthcare provider.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and document data acquisition scripts based on client specifications
• Translate timestamps/metric requirements into Epic compatible logic
• Validate scripts against Epic environments for accuracy and stability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or computer engineering
• 3-5+ years of hands-on Epic experience (clinical modules, data models, or reporting)
• Proficiency with Epic data extraction (Clarity/Caboodle/Chronicles preferred)
• Strong SQL and scripting capability
• Solid understanding of clinical workflows and EMR data structures
