Epic Conversion Analyst
Job Summary
To support the expansion and deployment of Epic systems, the contract Epic Conversion Analyst will manage data conversion and migration strategies remotely, ensuring accurate legacy data integration and collaboration with clinical and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of Epic data conversions for new deployments and system expansions
- Manage data mapping, extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from legacy systems into Epic
- Collaborate with Epic analysts, project managers, IT teams, and clinical stakeholders to define conversion requirements and data validation rules
Required Qualifications
- Deep understanding of Epic conversion tools and healthcare data workflows
- Experience in data validation, reconciliation, and testing processes
- Background in settings prioritizing behavioral health as a core component of patient care is preferred
- Proven ability to develop and maintain project plans and timelines
- Experience providing training and guidance on conversion processes and best practices
