Job Summary

Seeking an Epic Credentialing Trainer to join a remote, part-time team, responsible for delivering engaging training on clinical applications while utilizing instructional design skills and a clinical workflow mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions on Epic Clinical applications, focusing on inpatient and Radiant/radiology systems
• Utilize instructional design tools like Articulate Storyline and Rise to develop effective training materials
• Collaborate with a cross-trained clinical training team to enhance training programs and support diverse Epic training needs

Required qualifications

• Experience with Epic Clinical applications, particularly in Radiant or inpatient documentation
• Strong background in instructional design and delivery of training programs
• Ability to engage and motivate learners in a classroom setting
• Familiarity with clinical workflows and informatics
• Flexibility to adapt training content based on varied Epic credentials and backgrounds
