Job Summary
To support healthcare IT infrastructure, the contract Epic ECSA Certified Engineer will configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Epic Web Service Server environments while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and support Epic Web Service Server environments
- Collaborate with teams to ensure system stability and compliance with healthcare standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to web services and server performance
Required qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare environment
- Current Epic ECSA certification is mandatory at the time of submission
- Additional certifications in Microsoft, Citrix, VMware, or CompTIA Server+ are a plus
- Strong understanding of healthcare IT systems and data standards
- Excellent troubleshooting and system maintenance skills
