Epic ECSA Certified Engineer
Job Summary
To support healthcare IT infrastructure, the contract Epic ECSA Certified Engineer will configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Epic Web Service Server environments while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide expertise in configuring and maintaining Epic Web Service Server environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and compliance with healthcare standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to web services and server performance
Required qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare environment
- Current Epic ECSA certification is required at the time of submission
- Additional certifications in Microsoft, Citrix, VMware, or CompTIA Server+ are a plus
- Strong understanding of healthcare IT systems and healthcare data standards
- Excellent troubleshooting and system maintenance skills
