Epic EDI Analyst with Certification

Job Summary

To support an Epic implementation initiative, a contract Epic EDI Analyst with Certification will work remotely, focusing on developing and supporting interfaces between Epic and third-party systems while ensuring reliable interoperability across clinical, financial, and operational applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, implement, and maintain Epic Bridges interfaces
• Configure and support HL7, FHIR, X12, XML, web services, and other healthcare integration standards
• Collaborate with application teams, vendors, and operational stakeholders to define interface requirements and workflows

Required Qualifications

• Active Epic Bridges Certification
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of Epic interface development and support experience with strong understanding of HL7 v2.x messaging standards
• Experience troubleshooting interface and data integration issues
• Knowledge of healthcare workflows and electronic health record systems
